Lance Armstrong is combining his two great passions—cycling and supporting the cancer community—to lead the Tour of Hope in partnership with Bristol-Myers Squibb, the company that provided the medicines that helped Lance and his treatment team beat his cancer.

Lance is genuinely committed to achieving breakthrough progress in cancer and says he owes his life to those who came before him and participated in cancer research. He believes that increased participation in cancer studies will help to lead to more survival for patients in the future.
